Ms. Dorothy Irving is responsible for overseeing the school's operations, which include finances, staff development, safety, and enrollment. Ms. Irving has been working extremely hard over the past two years and has secured a Renovation Grant for the preschool; renovations are scheduled to begin in the fall of 2025. The funds will be utilized to create a "state of the art" facility, including new curricula as well as state-of-the-art equipment.
Ms. Irving is the niece of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, who have been mentoring her for this position for decades. She brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, marketing, training, HR, and education.

Ms. Robinson has worked with the K-Anthony school for over 39 years. She brings warmth, wisdom, and dedication to her role as lead teacher in the 2-year-old classroom. Ms. Robinson specializes in toddler development, focusing on building strong foundational skills through play-based learning.

Dr. Roper comes to K-Anthony with the knowledge, skills, and disposition needed to assist students with excelling both academically and emotionally. Dr. Roper has worked in the field of education for over 34 years and served as an Early Childhood Education Director during her tenure with the LAUSD. She has also supported teachers and staff with helping students meet and exceed academic and social-emotional milestones.
Fun fact: Dr. Roper began her teaching career at the age of 15 when she was offered the job as a swimming instructor.
